Within an elegant environment, the main restaurant serves a modern British À La Carte menu, with Asian influences dotted throughout. Guests can enjoy a range of locally sourced meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes, which intertwine British ingredients with exotic flavours from across the world. Highlights include the Black Tiger Prawns starter served with mango and green chilli; Roast Cauliflower main with spring cabbage, spiced chickpeas and dukka tahini; and the Pistachio & Raspberry Layer Cake dessert with pineapple crisp. The restaurant’s Josper grill allows for a further range of possibilities, adding depths of rich flavour and texture to their charcoal-grilled dishes including Sirloin, Ribeye and Chateaubriand beef, Monkfish Tail and Black Tiger Prawns, decadently doused in garlic butter. This menu can also be experienced in the beautiful, oak-panelled dining room or the outside Courtyard, a buzzing space on warmer days for drinks and al fresco dining.
